Next Steps: Keep the Momentum Going
The amazing thing about Boosterz is that it isn’t transactional. It’s about building a relationship with your fans & supporters. So be sure to…
Post new locked content regularly — after big games, events, or milestones.
Remind players to share the fundraiser often.
Thank your supporters so they know their contributions are appreciated.
If you do these things, you’ll find that‘s easy to be successful with Boosterz.

Fundraising is always stronger when everyone participates.
Why it matters: Every player’s network is different — more people sharing means more donations.
Add players to your team:
First, invite your players to Boosterz. Send them an email and a reminder.
Now that your players are registered on Boosterz, you can add members to your team by:
Approving them when they send you a request. You’ll find this in the “Player Requests” tab on the left. Or … hit “Invite Players” and select them from the drop-down.
Click Send Request and you’re done.
Now your players can join your fundraising efforts.
Tip: Consider hosting a friendly competition to see which player can bring in the most supporters.

Create a Fundraiser: Upload Your First Locked Post
Let’s start raising money with your first “locked post.” A locked post is a post that only paying supporters can access. Locked posts are special content that gives visitors the chance to support you directly.
Steps:
While logged in on the Home Page or My Page, start creating a new post.
Next, upload a:
Video (game highlights, behind-the-scenes, player interviews, or practice moments)
Image/Images (team photo, championship moments, or a special announcement)
Be sure to include a short, exciting description telling fans why their support matters.
Set a price for the post so fans can contribute to unlock it.
Publish and share your post link via social media, text, and email.
Of course, you can still post free content, such as game dates and schedules. However, be sure to take advantage of locked posts often to support your fundraising efforts.
Tip: Exclusive content encourages more people to donate and stay engaged. Use the Lock!

Subscriptions give your fans the option to offer ongoing support and donate on a regular monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly basis. These fans will be able to view the updates and content you make especially for them.
STEPS:
When logged in, click on “My Account.”
Scroll down the left-hand column and select “Subscription Price.” Now set the price you want to charge for your subscriptions for each period.
Here’s an example: 1 Month = $5 and 3 Months = $15
You can also offer a progressive discount for people who subscribe for a longer period of time.
For example: 3 Months – $15 and 6 Months = $25 (instead of $30)
